Friendly staff; high price but that's what you get when you book in downtown Indy. Nothing special.
Liked: Proximity to the downtown.
Disliked: No transportation available to other places.

This is across the street from the Indiana Convention Center, 1 block away from Lucas Oil Stadium and 4 or so blocks from BLF. I would stay here again.
Liked: Location; comfy beds.
Disliked: Trash can wasn't emptied.

Disliked: I brought 2 of my best friends and my daughter for the night because we went to the Komen walk the next day. When we walked in the room was freezing and was cold the entire night. There was no coffee, and the comforters were VERY thin. We had to call room service several times, they were very prompt but the price was not good;( Also, the room was very small, not to mention the outrageous parking charge of $24.00. I just wasn't expecting this I guess for a high end hotel. I was very disappointed.

The room was very nice and the hotel itself was one of the best I've ever been in. Everyone was friendly and one man even called a cab for me and my friend. Next time I'm in town I will be staying at the Hyatt.
Liked: The people at the front desk were very professional and polite.
Disliked: No microwave.
