It was excellent. The property...
Liked: Excellent experience! Everyone was super nice!Plus the breakfast was gourmet! The property is immaculate and serene. It's like a country club but I have never been in one, I've only seen them on tv.Great location in the middle of everything including the pier and main street.
Disliked: Nothing.

The resort’s location is excellent,...
Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the resort and overall for the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and beautiful environment. Room Experience: I stayed in the smaller Pacific Suite with an ocean view and balcony. While the view was lovely, I was disappointed by the significant noise from the main road, which made it uncomfortable to use the balcony or keep the door open. Cleanliness and Comfort: The resort and my room were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The light beige decor created a calming ambience. The room featured a large flatscreen TV with Chromecast, comfortable bedding, and a spacious bathroom with a fixed showerhead, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate toilet. I was delighted to find a makeup mirror. Spa and Gym: The spa services were fantastic, with friendly staff providing excellent treatments, albeit at a premium price. The gym was top-notch, and I suggest adding pairs of kettlebells of the same weight (e.g., two 10 kg kettlebells and so on) as well as thigh-focused machines like a hip abductor/adductor. Including a bamboo stick for stretching and warmups could also enhance the fitness offerings. Outdoor Spaces: The resort’s outdoor areas are beautifully designed, with cosy seating, fireplaces, fountains, and lush gardens. The bridge to the beach was a convenient and charming touch. Dining and Shops: The Market: The shop offered a great selection of morning products and coffee, but I was surprised it closed as early as 8 PM in such a large resort. Watertable Restaurant: The food quality and service here were exceptional. Special thanks to Caitlin and Sidney for their warm hospitality and professionalism. The resort’s location is excellent, with direct beach access and proximity to downtown Huntington Beach and the shopping centre, just a short 1-1.5 km walk away. (Less than a mile).
Disliked: Room Experience:I recommend enhancing the soundproofing of balcony doors and rooms to address the constant road noise. Additionally, I was surprised by the level of sound that carried through the walls from neighbouring rooms, hallway chatter, and slamming doors. In hindsight, a garden-facing room would have been quieter and more relaxing, and I would suggest guests opt for that instead of the beachside. Watertable Restaurant: I strongly recommend reconsidering live music performances. The musician, AJ Oliveira, who performed on December 6th, was unfortunately off-key, and the volume was disruptive. It detracted from the usual cosy atmosphere and made it difficult to enjoy dinner or conversation. Pizzeria: I recommend improving the food quality and expanding its operating hours to include lunch service. Areas for Improvement! Safety Concerns:The outdoor flooring becomes extremely slippery when wet, creating a serious safety hazard. This is particularly concerning for guests wearing high heels. Addressing this issue is crucial to prevent potential accidents. Shops: While the resort’s shops are convenient, the pricing seemed steep.
