Disliked: The concierge and valet attendants seemed not really motivated in doing their jobs. When approached with our vehicle and requested cart, I had to load myself and then was asked to return it to the bottom floor when done with it. I would have expected them to assist with loading and taking to room and ensuring cart was returned by them, tip was available. When we got in inside the concierge (1 lady and 1 gentlemen) were giggling with another patron who appeared to be already checked in, while my wife and I (tired from a 4 hour drive) stood by onlooking, waiting until they were done conversing to be helped. Overall Stay would’ve been better please lol into improving these areas.

Will be coming back.

Liked: Everything about the property was wonderful.
Disliked: Only thing negative was that there was a soap bar left from previous guest, but the bathroom was still cleaned very well.
