Liked: Haven’t yet recited the bill . Waiting on email .
Disliked: I think 2 bottles of water for coffee and then pay for any others you use./

Liked: Spacious rooms. Regularly housekeeping
Disliked: Unprofessional staff; the reception team changes daily, making it difficult to resolve any issues. You have to explain your problem from the start each time.
