We flew in 900 miles to see the production of "Once". We would not stay at this particular Hyatt again.
Liked: Comfortable bed; clean room.
Disliked: We arrived at the hotel at 3:30. They did not have any rooms ready. We had to wait until a little after 5 pm to get a room. Hotel staff were unsympathetic, because we had booked through this website. No compensation was offered to make up for this. By the time we checked in and got ready, we could not make our dinner reservations and the concert on time. After the show, we called room service. We were told it would be 90-120 minutes to get service.

My stay at the Hyatt Regency was pleasurable. The staff was professional and very friendly. Adam at the front desk was extremely helpful and very friendly. Will stay here again.
Liked: The staff was professional and courteous.
Disliked: Beds were a little small for two people but still comfy.

Wouldn't stay again - only because for the money I've stayed in nicer hotels with "fancier" amenities. But overall, a nice hotel.
Liked: Friendly, wonderful service.
Disliked: A little petty - charged me $10 for Sprite (asked for 1, sent 2) & pre-packaged saltines. No Sprite in vending machine. I'm pregnant and had first bout of horrible "morning" sickness. I didn't expect a freebie - but $10.... Jeez.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great location.
Liked: Beautiful interiors; the shower was awesome; Einstein Bros Bagels is open late.
Disliked: Internet isn't free; elevators can be slow when the hotel is crowded; valet parking is pricey.

Liked: Beautiful hotel; wonderful customer service.
Disliked: The acoustics are awful. When I was trying to sleep I could literally hear the conversations from the restaurant/bar in the lobby - and we were on the 16th floor! The acoustics in that hotel really need to be addressed. Fortunately the hotel does provide earplugs already in your room, but earplugs are also very uncomfortable. I'd rather I didn't have to use them at all.

This hotel is amazing. The views are spectacular, the food is well worth a taste, and even the elevators rock. The massive influx of FPSF-ers was handled impressively well - I'll be back for the next one.
Liked: The staff is incredible and treats everyone with 4-star service (even a punk rock kid like myself).
Disliked: The rooms leave a bit to be desired, but who's there to stay in the room anyway.

Liked: Comfy beds.
Disliked: Expensive; no continental breakfast.
