Liked: The room we stayed in was exactly as described and was very clean. The hotel is very beautiful and offers a very good leisure area.
Disliked: We were surprised twice by someone opening the door to clean the room. We didn't feel good about this because if we wanted the room to be cleaned, we would have put a sign outside the door. Something that really bothered us was the fact that we paid for our stay with breakfast and the hotel didn't have this structure. We had to ask the reception and then they ordered breakfast. I believe that this could have been better explained in the instructions when we chose the hotel.

Liked: We stay here every year for Thanksgiving whilst visiting family. They renovated and it’s much nicer now.
Disliked: A bit pricey for a Hyatt in a suburb.

Liked: Good looking hotel, helpful staff and good location for our purposes
Disliked: No restaurant for breakfast! Food was ordered and brought to room. It was cold and unappetising. I would say that cost of food was removed (we still had to pay tax). This meant we had to leave hotel for breakfast. Also no amenities in room i.e. shower cap etc. also extremely dark with insufficient lighting and USB ports for modern hotel.also asked for hangers twice and never got them!
