Liked: Convenience.
Disliked: Our room had no hair dryer. Our phone did not work. We called from our cell phone to get a hair dryer and also to report that the toilet did not flush. Someone was there working on it at midnight but did not get it fixed.

Liked: Location; Starbucks coffee in room and comfortable beds.
Disliked: We were told we could check in early and planned our trip accordingly. However when we arrived we were not allowed to check in until 2:45.

It was a nice stay. The construction in the lobby was a visual problem and we certainly didn't want to hang out there. The front desk folks were very helpful and nice.

Liked: Bed was great, room was clean.

Disliked: Most of the elevators were broken and it took 30 + mins just to get on one. The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush properly and left us having to flush 3 times to even get the toilet paper to go down
