Liked: Convenience.
Disliked: Our room had no hair dryer. Our phone did not work. We called from our cell phone to get a hair dryer and also to report that the toilet did not flush. Someone was there working on it at midnight but did not get it fixed.

Liked: Location; Starbucks coffee in room and comfortable beds.
Disliked: We were told we could check in early and planned our trip accordingly. However when we arrived we were not allowed to check in until 2:45.

It was a nice stay. The construction in the lobby was a visual problem and we certainly didn't want to hang out there. The front desk folks were very helpful and nice.

Liked: Bed was great, room was clean.

Staff Great, facilities not so...

Liked: We were given a handicapped room, which we did not need. We had a room next to the elevator, and both nights it was loud and noisy, and we could barely sleep. The Staff was exceptional though. I had a dog, and I had hired a dog walker since were at the Clemson game all day Saturday and they were exceptional to her. Staff amazing, accommodations not so much. Rooms need updating desperately.
Disliked: The noises on the hallway after midnight. People were extremely noisy way up into the night.

A great weekend.
