Liked: Convenience.
Disliked: Our room had no hair dryer. Our phone did not work. We called from our cell phone to get a hair dryer and also to report that the toilet did not flush. Someone was there working on it at midnight but did not get it fixed.

Liked: Location; Starbucks coffee in room and comfortable beds.
Disliked: We were told we could check in early and planned our trip accordingly. However when we arrived we were not allowed to check in until 2:45.

It was a nice stay. The construction in the lobby was a visual problem and we certainly didn't want to hang out there. The front desk folks were very helpful and nice.

Liked: Bed was great, room was clean.

It was very relaxing.

Liked: Spacious, comfortable bed, large tv, very clean and liked the shower head.
Disliked: The ac/heat system sounded like a jet taking off. It woke us up each time it came on.

Disliked: The sink that stuck out in the bathroom. Weird design. Made less room in the bathroom. The terrible view from our room. Somehow with booking.com we get stuck with the worst view (roof view or garage view) for almost same price as booking directly through hotel. Think I’m done with booking.com. It’s a lot of money to pay for a view of the AC units and parking garage. Will look into other hotels next time we visit Greenville The overwhelming chlorine smell coming from the lobby fountain. Made our eyes red.
