They charge 10$ for parking and at 10pm there was none. I mean none; cars were parked in the aisles, on curbs etc. I am handicapped so it's not like I want to walk a mile to park and then get charged for parking. We also had a room on the top that obviously hadn't been used in awhile. Cobwebs in all the corners. There were no fitted sheets, they were just sheets that just get wrapped up. It was a very bad experience.

Disliked: My husband leaned back in the desk chair and it tipped over and he has a sore back now.

Would stay again but hope the bar staff was different

Liked: We were treated amazing by staff. From the front desk to the bartenders to the person working the store. Every one was very helpful and went out of our way to make our experience wonderful. Very clean nice rooms.
Disliked: There was a dance and gymnastics competition so the restaurant had a limited menu but we weren't informed about that till we decided to order. I don't think they should have a limited menu... your restaurant in the hotel should be able to handle business even when it is at capacity....that is when you make your money. Also the elevator is way too slow it needs an upgrade. Beds are a bit hard.

Liked: I loved that the hotel hosted all of the amenities that my entire family needed for our weekend stay ! I did not have to leave the hotel once. Even better that is boasts a wonderful convention center that was the location for my daughters dance competition. Will stay here again!

Liked: the room was great, nice size, comfy beds. the pool was very nice.
Disliked: the restaurant was extremely overpriced and the food was all undercooked and terrible. My entire group was sick for 2 days after eating breakfast there

Liked: I loved the grand scale of the hotel, it was beautiful and who doesn't feel fancy riding up and down in a "glass" elevator!!
Disliked: I was on the 6th floor and I'm not sure if it's because of that the water pressure in the shower was way low and the water never got more than medium warm even set all the way to hot.
