I am so disappointed

Liked: I do not like the receptionist treatment. I am a customer to Hyatt Regency but after their treatment I will not come to this hotel again . Plus , it is the first time that there is no free water inside the room .. I should pay 9 dollars to take water in order to make tea or coffee.. if I should buy water , why the hotel put a mashing for the coffee and tea inside rooms !!!!I don not recommend it at all .

Liked: The app needed to pay for the separately managed parking is unwieldy and painful to use. Arrived late and had to retype the credit card info twice. The desk should be able to take payment for the parking.

Liked: It was a great stay fun clean and the buffet was really good fresh fruit hot food and the waiter was good to us and treated us very nice
