Liked: Hyatt hoteles are comfortable
Disliked: They canceled several flights. I was a single father with 2 kids. 7 and 2 years old, I booked online, it was so many people trying to check in that you had to cue and was all the way to the parking lot, I couldn’t cue because my 2 small kids were so tired after traveling from Norway, that they were sleeping in the reception chairs , I couldn’t leave them alone to cue to check in our room, I asked several times different people at the check in counter if they could help me check in faster since I couldn’t leave my kids sleeping alone while i have to cue and wait 1 hr , everyone one declined me request . I had worked in the restaurant business for 20 years and never expirence something like this, not helping a si gel father with 2 small kids check in . I don wish this to anyone : I tried contact Hyatt by phone and email and never got an answer about this, quiet sad …. Hotel it self is great, the customer service I horrendus

After missing our connecting flight,...

Liked: It was close to the airport and very clean.
Disliked: It had been recommended as being close to the airport, but you couldn’t walk there unlike the hotels at Gatwick or Heathrow where you can walk across the road and go straight into the airport. You had to have a taxi take you there

Not worth almost $300.

Liked: Airport shuttle was convenient. The people at the desk were professional.
Disliked: I paid almost $300 for a room that was no better than any $100 room I've ever stayed in. The room was ok but not great. Nothing special. For almost $300 I would expect more comfort and more free amenities.It took almost 45 minutes to get to the desk because the line to check in was so long. I won't stay there again.

Expected more from Hyatt

Liked: Nearness to airport. Large room, nice restaurant in the bar.
Disliked: No hot water night we arrived and only lukewarm following morning. Very noisy with aircraft noise so not properly soundproofed. Noise plugs not provided. No basic pack (cotton pad/emory board etc) and no water other than paying for a bottle in the room.
