Liked: Staff are enthusiastically friendly, especially at the breakfast restaurant. Room is clean and well lit.
Disliked: Breakfast was simple. Not what you would think from the price. Eggs and potato skillet dry for $15!

Liked: Room was large, comfortable, with good lighting. Bed linens were excellent. Lobby was beautiful. The outdoor flower arrangements were also beautiful.

Liked: The place was clean and location was great.
Disliked: The check in area was small causing it to feel cold. The front desk person sounded like a robot because she didn’t show any emotion. Generally a smiling happy front desk person makes you feel welcome. I didn’t get that. I didn’t feel like there was any service. Some hotels give free coffee in lobby but here, everything felt like you needed every penny. Just felt like it was a place to sleep and nothing else. The lobby area didn’t feel welcoming. Just big and set up for private party. The bar area was small and didn’t feel welcoming because it was tucked away in corner. I was placed in farthest room away from elevator. Thought that would be good and quiet. Sorry but not quiet. Little kids were loud and running around hall
