Fantastic Stay with Fantastic Beach...

Liked: Perfect location, staff were extra friendly and the service for food was fantastic. Everything from car valet to all members of staff on hotel were very helpful.
Disliked: Nothing really. Lobby was closed due to hurricane Milton so was a bit complicated finding away about initially but to. I fault of the hotel at all.

The stay was excellent

Liked: The room was amazing, the only thing I was confused about, was which room I booked I thought I booked the room with the kitchen, But overall the stay was excellent and we didn't want to leave, we will definitely vacation here again
Disliked: this is difficult to say, I can began to tell you how my daughter and wife enjoyed every minute there, It is pretty hard not to like anything when everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived to the time we departed. If I have to put something I would say that we didn't like leaving the resort because of the Hurricane

Liked: Beautiful room, close to the beach and boardwalk area. Quick Room service. Nice staff.
Disliked: The only complaint I had is that we felt the hotel turned off the Internet earlier than expected to rush people out before the evacuation cutoff vs after 6pm we were given that we had to leave early due to an evacuation and cell service stopped working before then, which didn't make sense. The rest of the stay was good. I also wish they had ceiling fans, but that's just a preference.

Liked: Room was extremely nice and comfortable. Staff was always available and courteous. Easy access to anywhere we wished to go. I really appreciate the room that they gave us being on a corner with 2 balconies was beautiful and again thank you.
Disliked: The bar was in an awkward place having the restaurant right there and people eating right behand the bar stools. We visited the bar to watch some of the football game that night and have a few drinks. A family sat right behind us trying to enjoy their meal and we did our best and asked to turn the volume down on the tv so they could enjoy their time. I just feel that it is a poor layout and should be separated.
