Liked: Check in and out was a breeze.
Disliked: Went to lounge for a drink after returning from a wedding. Hoping to get a snack/appetizer but we were told the kitchen was closed.

Liked: Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: No public pool or hot tub. Also, no free wi-fi in the room.

The hotel was great, as was the service!

Disliked: This was an extremely disappointing experience. One of the most expensive hotels I have ever stayed in and was neither good or worth the money: no room service, noisy could hear water pipes and heating, heating was too loud to turn on which meant the room was cold, not enough blankets, no kettle, no tea, nothing in the mini bar - long long walk to shop which was really really expensive. Everyone wants tips for doing their jobs which suggests they don't get paid - which given how expensive everything is really dreadful

Liked: I loved the view of the river and clock. Very nice and clean.
Disliked: The beds are nice but for me I like a somewhat medium firm bed and these beds are too bouncy.
