Very good
Liked: Property was wonderful! The lobby location to the parking lot was the only downfall.
Disliked: The pillows were not good, blankets felt rough & neither are comfortable at all.

Great time and good memories.
Liked: Management was quick and fair about handling issues and compensating for problems.
Disliked: Main restaurant was closed along with many things like singer. Spa was very over priced. Michener Library food was terrible and overpriced.

Avoid going there in winter.
Disliked: The indoor pool water was too cold, and there was too much dust on the carpet, making it really hard to breathe while sleeping. Also, the heater was extremely noisy at night, so I kept waking up in the early morning. If you’re considering going with your family, I’d recommend avoiding the winter season.

Go for the hot tub...
Liked: Liked the staff, great pool, and very comfortable bed
Disliked: Having to pay for water bottles. The restaurant was very bad experience. I ordered the tofu bowl with double chicken with no dressing and the order came out with white rice instead of cauliflower rice, only 1 serving of chicken, and dressing on the meal. The main ingredient of the bowl was cauliflower rice and to just assume I would be okay with white rice wothout even asking is presumptuous as someone with insulin sensitivity, if a diabetic didn’t notice the change then it could lead to a big issue. Then the menu read $15 bowl and $6 to add chicken but when the bill came out it charged $20 for the bowl, $8 for the chicken, and doubled the charge for chicken when they only gave me one serving. Charging people above menu price thinking they won’t notice is fraudulent and I would make it your priority to ensure your billing lines up with your menu and your kitchen staff is aware of notifying customers before making substitutes for health reasons. Also it was the slowest service I ever received and one person in our party got their food 20 minutes after everyone else.

Liked: The place is big & spacious everywhere. The hallways smelled pleasant.
Disliked: The room did not have the microwaves. You have come down to Lobby floor to use the microwaves

Liked: My room was cold, the heater was very loud but did not produce much heat. I called the front desk to report the problem, the maintenance man came and said it won't get any warmer and brought a space heater to warm the room.I felt like I was in a motel and not a resort.It was not worth the money to me.And I had the cream of broccoli soup and it sucked, it was salty and no cream
Disliked: The fact that I had a no good heater that was loud and kept me up and had to get a space heater to get warm
