My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice overnight while in town for a music festival. As soon as you step through the doors, everyone is welcoming and trying to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We will continue to book here if we ever visit Calgary again.

Liked: Consistent.
Disliked: Nothing.

If I was attending another Epcor Centre event, I would consider staying at the Hyatt.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable; fitness centre was excellent; staff very helpful.
Disliked: $25 parking fee was hard to swallow. Where else am I going to park? You really have to charge guests?

It was okay stay!!

Liked: There Internet was horrible although I was on free one. But never seen a hotel free wifi also disconnection in mins. Every 5mins it was disconnecting my laptop and I was working. Reported this to their technical staff and they said your MacID has to be added somewhere! who does that?
