My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice overnight while in town for a music festival. As soon as you step through the doors, everyone is welcoming and trying to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We will continue to book here if we ever visit Calgary again.

If I was attending another Epcor Centre event, I would consider staying at the Hyatt.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable; fitness centre was excellent; staff very helpful.
Disliked: $25 parking fee was hard to swallow. Where else am I going to park? You really have to charge guests?

Liked: Very close to everything in downtown Calgary. Great room, beautiful view.
Disliked: The $35 a night to use the parking garage. I get it they can’t let everyone staying here park in the garage it’s not big enough but seemed steep.

I’d say I was 50...

Liked: Good location, excellent staff, awesome restaurant.
Disliked: Being evacuated from the building due to a false fire alarm being set off. My wife and daughter had to go down 12 flights of stairs in a panic. Sure hope they caught whoever did that. Definitely not happy about that. Also the pillows are not very good, and the hot water in my bathroom was not very warm. Lots of cold showers.
