My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice overnight while in town for a music festival. As soon as you step through the doors, everyone is welcoming and trying to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We will continue to book here if we ever visit Calgary again.

Liked: Consistent.
Disliked: Nothing.

If I was attending another Epcor Centre event, I would consider staying at the Hyatt.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable; fitness centre was excellent; staff very helpful.
Disliked: $25 parking fee was hard to swallow. Where else am I going to park? You really have to charge guests?

Disliked: There was no parking space available for us when we arrived after 12h driving after 9p. My poor husband was told to drive to another parking which was also closed, at the end after back and forth he was allowed to park in the hotels primary parking. We have been deadly tired and we did not expect to have such a hustle re parking. I wish someone explained how included breakfast work. I was told by the stuff we can order what ever we want only to find out there was a limit of 35 cad per person when bill came. If breakfast is included I expect it to be free (!)
