My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice overnight while in town for a music festival. As soon as you step through the doors, everyone is welcoming and trying to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We will continue to book here if we ever visit Calgary again.

Disliked: Nothing.

If I was attending another Epcor Centre event, I would consider staying at the Hyatt.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable; fitness centre was excellent; staff very helpful.
Disliked: $25 parking fee was hard to swallow. Where else am I going to park? You really have to charge guests?

Liked: Efficient check in! Allowed us to check in early. The staff are accommodating and friendly when we came. Also, we are highly impressed with the spacious, clean and comfortable room.

Liked: the staffs were nice and very accommodating. the room was clean and cozy with a nice view of the city.the amenities were great.

Nice hotel, good location.

Liked: Location is great and it’s nice to be able to self park without having to walk a mile.
Disliked: The beds weren’t particularly comfortable and some idiot decided to explode a gender reveal device. This set off the smoke alarms, shut down the elevators, brought the fire department and basically disrupted a good chunk of the evening. It’s not the hotel’s fault as you can’t determine who’s a moron when you check them in but it’s still annoying.
