My boyfriend and I have stayed here twice overnight while in town for a music festival. As soon as you step through the doors, everyone is welcoming and trying to make your stay as wonderful as possible. We will continue to book here if we ever visit Calgary again.

Disliked: Nothing.

If I was attending another Epcor Centre event, I would consider staying at the Hyatt.

Liked: Room was large and comfortable; fitness centre was excellent; staff very helpful.
Disliked: $25 parking fee was hard to swallow. Where else am I going to park? You really have to charge guests?

Liked: The pool and gym were beautiful and clean, and so was the room and lobby. Comfy bed and outstanding shower! Loved the heated floors, too.

Liked: The location is great right near the tower. The room was clean and quiet and very spacious with a view of the tower from the bathroom. The bed was very big and very comfy had a very good sleep. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Having to leave and return home.

Liked: Very close to everything in downtown Calgary. Great room, beautiful view.
Disliked: The $35 a night to use the parking garage. I get it they can’t let everyone staying here park in the garage it’s not big enough but seemed steep.
