Liked: The staff was great.
Disliked: The bed was nothing to boast about - I didn't sleep well and the food at the restaurant was way overpriced for the quality.

Great experience overall, would definitely...
Liked: Clean, comfortable, modern amenities. The staff was exceptional, very professional and friendly. Very convenient to everything we needed.
Disliked: It wasn’t a big deal, but it would’ve been nice if the coffee shop/snack bar was open in the evening.

Liked: Great hotel along the Charles River in Cambridge, MA. Near attractions and across the Memorial bridge brings you to Kenmore Square and Fenway Park.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

Liked: The bathroom. The firmness of the mattress. Front desk staff too.
Disliked: The noise when sliding the bathroom door. It made noise which was an issue overnight.

Liked: Some of the staff don't value the satisfaction of the customer at all. (1) Found an almost complete egg shell in our breakfast. No apology or anything from the staff, behaved as its totally fine. They didn't charge for the food but a word of apology would have helped ease this tension. (2) We left our luggage, after checking out, in one of the rooms near the reception. When we went back to take the luggage, two staff members were applying some sticker on our trolley bags. When the receptionist said it's not appropriate, there was again no apology. The sticker still remains on the handle of our trolley bag. (3) Wifi issues, on two days. Called the front desk and mentioned that we are having signal issues. The response was "let me look into it and I will get back." Nobody got back, called again and the reply was again the same. This was not for a few minutes but rather for a few hours. We had to stop our work and I had to go to the university to connect to the wifi. The front desk could have been more pro active, we paid for the services after all. I am not sure if the management is keen about ensuring a good relationship with the customers, now will this comment be of any value. Nevertheless, I have decided to mention.* Despite all this, one staff at the reception and one staff at the restaurant were nice and co operative. We saw them only on one day but I have to stress that there were some who knew how to deal with customers.

Liked: It was clean inviting and the room was lovely especially the bathroom. The staff was lovely.
Disliked: The food in the restaurant was not very good
