Disliked: The bed was nothing to boast about - I didn't sleep well and the food at the restaurant was way overpriced for the quality.

Liked: The only good thing about the stay is location. The cleaning staff did an OK job.
Disliked: The front desk failed to tell me there was a destination charge for anyone staying in a hotel in MA, and when I saw that charge on my credit card and went to ask them, they acted like I was an idiot. The explanation the staff provided was not firm or clear by any means, and made me feel like that was scam. I had to go online to research myself to find out. I still didn't know if the charge was ligit.

Would stay again.

Liked: It was clean, quiet, had good amenities, and was conveniently located for our travel purposes. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Our room was a little small, but acceptable.

Liked: The views from my room were amazing. It was so clean and very spacious. I felt like I was walking into a luxury hotel as soon as I got there. Pricing for the rooms are entirely worth it, you’d assume it would cost more because of how nice it is!

Liked: The beds were nice. The room was clean.
Disliked: The room/hotel just felt a little shabby with a broken handle on the refrigerator. There was water in the fridge but we were not sure we would be charged for it. We also had to pay for parking which I feel should be included in the price from the beginning.

Disliked: I booked a king room but all they had was a room next to the elevator so I had to take a double. I was in town for a concert but they had no transportation to Fenway
