Liked: The staff was great.
Disliked: The bed was nothing to boast about - I didn't sleep well and the food at the restaurant was way overpriced for the quality.

It was very relaxing and...

Liked: The friendliness of " all" the staff. Also we ( my son and I really feel they went above and beyond for our comfort, by having our room ready and waiting for us when our schedule was changed due to work on the rail road. Creating an inconvenience for us and the Hyatt .The hotel staff had our room ready for us to check into when we arrived at 11a.m.Not having us wait to 3!
Disliked: Longer hours on the little gee dunk shop.

Sneaky costs, expensive for a...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Usurious parking fees, hidden resort fees, terrible hours checking in (not until 4) and out (out by 11). Aging bathroom. They direct you to pre check-in using some weird app (and imply that it is required) after telling you they will never send a link asking for personal info.
