Fabulous room and view of...

Liked: Fabulous room and friendly staff. Would have appreciated more explanation of the bill. For example the bill wasn’t explained thoroughly so had to question some charges - some of which they said were due to be returned to us as was a pre registration fee. Very confusing. We will check it is returned.

Liked: The parking and valet service was excellent! The lobby and checking was easy and staff were friendly and helpful and the lobby is very clean and modern. The rooms are clean and comfortable and great spot next to the airport. Couldn’t hear any planes

Can we be refunded the...

Liked: We could not stay at this hotel because it only has full beds and I needed to stay in a room with 2 queen beds at least because I was with my elderly mother and her caregiver so we all needed to be in one room which our booking said was adequate for 3 people. Also, when we checked in, as visitors, did not realize “Harborside” was not downtown Boston but at the airport and the location did not meet our expectations to be in downtown Boston. Lastly, we ended up having to pay a daytime rate even though we checked in and realized we could not stay and were in our room for only 10-15 minutes. I felt we deserved a full credit instead as my mother has Alzheimer’s and was getting quite agitated when she saw we were at the airport and realized the beds were quite small.
Disliked: I answered this above. The hotel did have a nice clean appearance.
