We stayed for one night as we attended the Take That concert, and I chose that hotel because it was very close to the Arena and easy to get to from the railway station.

Liked: We stayed for one night only. It was very nice, and close to the Utilita Arena. The room was large and the receptionist gave us a room with the canal view.
Disliked: The one thing that I did find irritating was the fact that we had to pay for breakfast. The hotel was not cheap in the first place.

A lovely hotel in a...

Liked: Very smart and clean. Beds were large and very comfortable. Staff very efficient, friendly and helpful. Perfect location.
Disliked: Pool area a bit run down.

Fantastic hotel!

Liked: We loved everything about the hotel! All the staff were so friendly and they couldn't do enough for you. There is also such a lovely cosy and warm feeling to the hotel.
