We stayed for one night as we attended the Take That concert, and I chose that hotel because it was very close to the Arena and easy to get to from the railway station.

Liked: We stayed for one night only. It was very nice, and close to the Utilita Arena. The room was large and the receptionist gave us a room with the canal view.
Disliked: The one thing that I did find irritating was the fact that we had to pay for breakfast. The hotel was not cheap in the first place.

Liked: Breakfast was delightful.
Disliked: Reception queue too long. Wanted another £100 deposit on arrival despite me already paying £600+ for three rooms. Reception staff patronising and passive aggressive.

FAB-U-LOUS!

Liked: Everything. Facilities, comfy beds, service, food (yum!) location. Just fabulous in every way.
Disliked: Tiny bit of noise coming from Broad Street in the early hours could still be heard on floor 7 so would just ask for a higher floor next time but not enough to spoil a really wonderful stay.
