Liked: It was clean, quiet, and the staff was excellent. The mall being attached was a bonus.

Liked: The location of the room was great and we had a room on the higher floor. The location of the hotel was also great. Very near stores and being connect tot he Mall was really cool.
Disliked: We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, which was understandable. We were allowed to check-in, but told the room should be ready by 4pm. We walked around the Mall to wait. When we returned at 4pm to get our key, the line was very long. Sadly, the breakfast wasn't really up to par. Also, we had breakfast included with our rate, but was never told that we needed a voucher/paper when we checked in. We went to breakfast and were told that we needed the voucher before we could have breakfast. I had to go stand in a long line to get the voucher.

Disliked: What I dislike they only have 2 elevators working. The departure was bad trying to get your luggage to the car.
