Superb

Liked: Location was perfect for our weekend activity. Room was spacious and comfortable. You can't beat having a metro station right on site. We'll definitely stay there whenever we're in town.
Disliked: I hate parking garages! Theirs appeared to be having construction ongoing at the time of our visit. It was a bit confusing to navigate. Hopefully, it'll be easier the next time.

Liked: Spacious, clean and pleasant rooms, very comfortable bed
Disliked: Almost the entire team is new, having a hard time and not knowing how to manipulate things.

Terrific spot

Liked: Very convenient next to Metro, good Mortons in lobby. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Lovely atrium in center, recently updated. Great service . Large corner room on second floor. Quick refill of decaf coffee selection.
Disliked: Bathtub drained slowly. Minimalist decor and grey and white scheme was too stark in such a large room.A comfortable reading chair in the corner section would be nice.

Overall, great!

Liked: Great staff, nice room, in the heart of Bethesda. Complimentary late checkout which I really appreciated.
Disliked: It was great, maybe a tad worn, but very comfortable.

Liked: The hotel room was clean but the bathroom tub could have been cleaner. We made the front desk aware and they cleaned it the next day because we arrived really late. The beds were really comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Loved that we could have the parking ticket validated since it is so difficult to find a hotel in Washington that one offers self-parking and two validation as well. We also loved the fact that they had Starbucks right there at the hotel. Major plus! We had a wonderful time and will be back in the future.
