Liked: Great location. Staff was very helpful and always available. Nice having a Morton's Steak House on site. Valet was easy and quick.

Bad Hoel

Disliked: Double charge my room fee. Fail to return the extra money even after my repeated request on site. There was no answer to my email. Never return to the hotel under the same group. Also, inform all my friends about the bad experience in this hotel.

Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Liked: The hotel has plenty of space, both in the lobby and in the rooms, also a friendly and helpful staff and a very good location.
Disliked: - Every afternoon there was a smell in the hotel, somewhat like acetone. The staff could never tell us what it was, but it got bad in one room, and we had to change rooms.- There was a mixup with Booking.com, and we got double charged for our rooms. We are still in the process of working that out.

Liked: This is the perfect location for my job this time, and it is easy to reach here in many ways, including the subway.
Disliked: The AC is so noisy that I could not sleep well.
