The entire hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved our view and the food. Had a wonderful time!

We loved staying here! It was very close to the Palmer Event Center. The staff were polite and helpful, and the rooms were luxurious. It is within walking distance to many of the best restaurants in downtown Austin. We will stay here again!

Beautiful older hotel. Expensive.

Liked: Close to downtown Austin and walking path and parks.
Disliked: $52 a day to park and the hotel room didn’t have a comfy chair to sit in, just a office chair.

Disliked: Very convention center type hotel. And Connor messed up the payment of our booking. I have been charged £500 for one booking but they have taken more payment out of another credit card. I even went to the hotel to make sure payment wasn’t messed up. And Connor and team didn’t do a good job. I need my £500 back. Will be emailing

Liked: Right on the river, and the beautiful Riverwalk trail. Large room with patio, excellent , responsive staff. Texting for room service was so convenient. Minutes to downtown Austin's main attractions.

Liked: Beautiful views of the city scape from our room and right next to the trails! Easy walk to the popular restaurants and clubs or grab a scooter or uber.
Disliked: Would be nice to have bicycle rentals closer.
