Room was typical one step up from Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn. No drinking glasses in room, only paper cups, which was incongruous with the 'save the planet' notices. Having to use room key for elevators was an unnecessary pain.
Liked: Restaurant was surprisingly good. Coffee sucked and it did not maintain quality of the food.
Disliked: Lighting in room was dismal. So dark a bat would feel at home.

Visit was great, but they should include $45.00 parking fee in room price or explain in check out on online purchase.
Disliked: $45.00 parking fee.

The hotel was convenient to lay your head for the night.
Liked: Check in was prompt and simple. The room was adequate.
Disliked: The room was small; there were candy wrappers on the floor underneath the foot stool and bed frame; the pillow cases were stained.

My boyfriend and I chose to stay at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta for one night because we were attending a concert at the Tabernacle. Great choice. Wonderful hotel to stay at for minimal stays. The Tabernacle was about a 5-7 minute walk to/from the hotel, no hills. It was excellent. If you request a balcony/city view, don't expect to be able to sit outside on patio chairs and look at the skyscrapers. The "balcony" is literally just a glass window that slides open. However, other than that, it was a great room. Definitely the perfect hotel for a minimal stay. Recommended. And I will definitely be staying at the Hyatt Regency again.
Liked: Great city view; fabulous customer service.
Disliked: Small Room and "Balcony".

For a four star hotel - not the greatest bang for your buck. Food, room service, bar was great. Parking was horrible. Sink was beautiful but leaked. Check in delay was over an hour. Could not bring up a luggage rack w/o the bellman having to take it immediately. NOT 4 star service.
Liked: Room service
