Liked: April was very helpful and offered us reasonable upgrades with some freebies as well; she was very attentive during our entire stay; the rest of the staff were also helpful; location was great as very near the places we visited (museums and shopping streets); the hotel room was spacious and the bathroom was clean; I also liked the Space Cast feature of the TV which allowed us to watch Netflix; the Club was nice, too except that the food was almost the same daily -- a little variety would have made things a lot better.

Liked: Breakfast was nice, good ambience too. Happy hour drink/snacks for guests was a nice gesture. More vegetarian options here would have been better.Was possible to accomodate my teenager in my room which was a big plus. Parking at hotel basement was also a positive.
Disliked: Hotel room : for the price i paid, room seemed sub standard, especially the slope in room. Also reception lobby looked too dark in the evenings, better lighting recommended. It did look nice & green during the day.
