Liked: The member of staff that checked me in was super friendly and professional a credit to your hotel.
Disliked: Could have been clearer that parking should be reserved in advance. I didn’t realise and the parking was full however the member of staff that checked me in recommended a very nice parking close by and even set it up in my Google maps for directions
