Disliked: My room wasn’t cleaned during the day and I was told by the front desk that a daily clean had to be requested. Never had that in a hotel before , normally the room is cleaned and refreshed every day. I left at 6am and returns just before 11pm, was a little disappointed to find this out.

Liked: Location was excellent
Disliked: I paid extra for a room with a view and my view was the parking lot. They didn’t clean the room daily and although I told them when I booked the room that I will checking in late 9pm or so at 7.30 they were messaging me that they are cancelling the booking if I don’t confirm my arrival time. Really?! They had one of the worst breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel.

Disliked: I was overcharged for Thursday by over $150 for the night because it was not included in the reservation. I specifically said Wednesday and Thursday night. The breakfast was horrible and cold and the staff pretty unpleasant
