Disliked: The room, that was supposed to be a suite, was so bland and uncomfortable and it was gross. There was sticky substance on the countertop in kitchen and there were what appeared to be crumbs in the bed, under the covers.

Liked: The Location, rooms and facilities at this hotel is very good. The incompetence of the reception staff is not what I expected from a major hotel chain.
Disliked: I requested to pay my stay in Cash for 3 rooms. I were told you must pay with card and when you check out you can pay with cash and they will refund your card . I was happy with the arrangement and did pay may stay after check out with cash.$ 889.28. Up to date 1/6/2025 I have not received my refund on my card. I have send them emails and proof of all payments and up to date never received any feedback. I am happy with the hotel facilities BUT WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR ADVICE ANYBODY TO DO SO!

Disliked: I didn’t care for the sheets. My pjs kept sticking to the sheets.
