Disliked: I had problem with the heating/air conditioning system in the room. When booking on website it says free breakfast however, on arrival I was told breakfast would cost.

Liked: Room and hotel were clean. All of the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: Fridge wasn’t working properly. We checked if it was plugged in and it was. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The window was in the corner of the room which was being blocked by the wardrobe so barely any lighting coming into the room. The breakfast that was $11 for guests was awful.

Liked: The location of this hotel was perfect for our trip. Our family was able to walk to the mall or use the Metro for those further places. Bartender Paul was amazing. In the evenings we would go upstairs for a nightcap and he would give us pointers on where to go and how to get there. The breakfast in the morning was nice since we could feed our kids before we left for the day.

Disliked: Had to have a conversation at checkout because they tried to charge us for breakfast. Also valet parking for $62 is ridiculous.
