Hotel was good as long as you stay inside and never come outside for anything. And don't order room service.

Liked: Room was clean; view at night through large window was pretty; employee's were pleasant.
Disliked: Inside hotel was OK, but outside was a different story. Bad area, rats running around outside of hotel. I was standing outside and one ran over my foot. Food was expensive and not very good.

Disliked: Accommodation does not have parking space available. Not only that Valet is $65 per night, it is not available. Neither Free parking not a paid parking is available at this location. Had to walk for 15m in the rain for nearest parking lot.

Disliked: They never answer the messages and they still have not sent the invoice I have been requesting for over a week now.

Liked: Demanded a refund and left due to bed bugs, dirty used sheets with holes on the pull out bed, and lighting fixtures barely hanging on the wall. Check in is 4pm and not 3pm per booking.com confirmation. Female front desk staff were very unpleasant.

Disliked: Pull out couch was not comfortable.Staff could not make change- didn’t have any cash,I suspect this is for a reason-no cash at front desk per hotel policy.

Liked: the staff would not provide the paid services, clean towels, cups, toothpaste, or clean sheets. Literally the sheets had stains and makeup on them. We had to ask multiple times for clean towels and they made us come to the lobby to grab them. There was no tissue paper in our room either. Also the homeless were free to come in and join our breakfast. Which meant we did not have enough breakfast to join the line because it was gone quickly. The services could have been much greater and they did not compensate at all.

Not worth the price

Disliked: the room was not ready for the check-in time so instead I had to wait 2 hours for my room to be ready. The lobby and many of the floors smelt like sewer, and the air in our room did not work so was very stuffy and hot the whole night.
