Hotel was good as long as you stay inside and never come outside for anything. And don't order room service.

Liked: Room was clean; view at night through large window was pretty; employee's were pleasant.
Disliked: Inside hotel was OK, but outside was a different story. Bad area, rats running around outside of hotel. I was standing outside and one ran over my foot. Food was expensive and not very good.

Liked: Rooms don't have a microwave when it's 150 a night and in website it dont say anything about a fee to apply for every night of your stay it shouldn't be like that at all breakfast wasnt good at all sausages wasnt cook fully eggs was cold potatoes wasnt cooked all the way . Most important you don't have anywhere to park to pay that amount of the room. Car got towed for the places they say we could park it was just a bad weekend at this hotel.
Disliked: Only thingi liked about my stay is the cleanliness of the room

'Nice hotel within walking distance...

Liked: Had issues with my initial payment method. However, the young lady who helped me check-in made the process less stressful than it probably should have been by working with me in a calm & professional manner. She, like I did, tried to make the best of a bad situation by offering different options for resolving the issue.

An ok hotel to stay...

Liked: The manager is nice and more accommodating than the other staff
Disliked: They did not clean the room the entire time we were staying here. We asked the front desk for two days and also asked the cleaner. The cleaner informed us only towels

Liked: Big breakfast but they need bacon and due away with the potatoe hashbrowns and use regular hashbrowns. Otherwise a nice spread.

Liked: Its location is very close to NOMA Station and staff is very friendly.

Better for us than what...

Liked: We moved from the Hyatt nearer the Capitol, and actually had a bigger room here - for about a third of the price per night. It's a bit of a shlep out but the Metro was fine and we walked it a good few times. Facilities were a bit tired but otherwise was fine and staff were really friendly,

Need to get better mattresses.

Liked: The room is very spacious!! There was two nice size beds and a living area with sofa. The bathroom was very spacious too. The breakfast was huge and very good. It had so much to choose from.
Disliked: There was no microwave. And the price you pay for the room I expect a microwave. The bed was so hard I had to put a comforter down to sleep on to help with cushion. I could not wait to get back to my home to be able to sleep all night without turning side to side to help with the hip pain from the hard bed. I would not stay at this hotel again just because of the beds. I need a good night sleep in order to function the next day.
