Bad experience

Liked: Not friendly staffs, feel like they don't like AsianJaslynn - the receptionist is kinda mean , no smile, just stared at me when I had questioned for her.Breakfast was not good , they ran out of Oatmeal by the time we came ( at 9:15am, breakfast closes at 10am)No ADA toilets supportToo loud because it is next to the freeway( better soundproof would be appreciatedWon't come back ...

Pricey for the overall experience.

Liked: We liked the suite layout and cleanliness and that the place is kept up. Furniture in good condition. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Breakfast was poor value. Kitchen in suite has little to use. No cups or glasses. Just a few paper cups. Expected more for the price.

Rooms great Food/bar lacking

Liked: The restaurant/bar were lacking. The staff always disappeared leaving people waiting for service or bills. Food was ok but pricey. We’d see the servers in tha back on their phones when people were waiting. The hotel room were great and clean.
