Liked: Overall, while the staff was polite, these issues made the stay less enjoyable, and I would think twice about returning.
Disliked: I recently booked the hotel for my mom and my daughter, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. First off, the food was a major letdown. The breakfast, in particular, was very basic, offering little variety or flavor. It was disappointing to start the day with such a poor meal. On top of that, the utensils provided were paper and plastic, which felt cheap and inconvenient.Additionally, the hotel failed to prepare the sofa bed. It had to be set up for my daughter, but it wasn’t ready upon the arrival, which was frustrating and inconvenient.
