Liked: Great location. Walking distance to a lot of eateries and stores. Hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was also good.
Disliked: The only “complaint” I have is that the pool was closed. It’s an indoor pool so I figured it would be open year round but it wasn’t. The manager said there was a heating issue with it so it was closed for the season. It would have been nice to have that listed on the site because my family was looking forward to swimming. Other than that, everything was exceptional.

Liked: The reception staff was very nice. They also have a guest laundry room at the 9th floor. There was a gym but very small.
Disliked: The hotel is kind of old and I could understand almost every word talking of the guests next to my room. The breakfast was very simple and nothing they can be proud of. Although high floor I didn't have a view.

Liked: Quiet and Nice rooms.
Disliked: The staff vacuuming the breakfast area during breakfast hours.
