Happy to have a place...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. The staff was polite and the location was great for visiting NE Institute of Technology.
Disliked: We were not given enough bath towels for the three of us and not only was the pullout sofa VERY uncomfortable, but it had used sheets and granola crumbs everywhere. Wish it was clean and comfy for a good night's sleep after traveling.

Disliked: One of the elevators was broken, and people got stuck on them. It was very hard to get to the first floor. But everything was excellent and impecable!
