My bf and I needed to find a hotel to pick up a fundraiser overnight and we thought having a pool, continental breakfast and a late night menu covered all of our basis. Upon arrival the pool was closed for our entire stay. We asked what time the late night menu and bar was open till and they told us 12 am. Upon arrival back to the hotel they said they sold out of food and we were unable to grab food at the bar. Just left us no dinner so we grabbed a package of $3.75.

Liked: The hotel room and shower.
Disliked: Communication problem - solving breakfast pool and bar.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, and next time we go to Mohegan Sun we will definitely stay again.

Liked: Room was beautiful; shuttle to Mohegan Sun was right on time.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was OK but a bit disorganized.

Disliked: It was dirty room smelled like sewage. Blood on my pillowcase. Terrible attitude from staff and manger when I reported. Food all over the floor in the front area 2 hours after the lousy breakfast was offered

Comfortable hotel in a good...

Liked: Great location. Rooms are nice, they are bigger than standard hotel rooms and have a nice sitting area with a large screen TV, coffee table and wraparound couch. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: It would be an added feature if they were able to accommodate requests for early check in times, especially if you have a tight schedule.
