My bf and I needed to find a hotel to pick up a fundraiser overnight and we thought having a pool, continental breakfast and a late night menu covered all of our basis. Upon arrival the pool was closed for our entire stay. We asked what time the late night menu and bar was open till and they told us 12 am. Upon arrival back to the hotel they said they sold out of food and we were unable to grab food at the bar. Just left us no dinner so we grabbed a package of $3.75.

Liked: The hotel room and shower.
Disliked: Communication problem - solving breakfast pool and bar.

Would definitely recommend this hotel, and next time we go to Mohegan Sun we will definitely stay again.

Liked: Room was beautiful; shuttle to Mohegan Sun was right on time.
Disliked: Continental breakfast was OK but a bit disorganized.

They were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was beautiful and so was the room. No complaints here :)

Liked: Breakfast was great. There were 2 used washcloths over the shower rod, but everything else was clean and comfortable. The shuttle to the casino was great! The hotel staff was super friendly!

Liked: Fantastic location to the casino. Beautiful and clean facilities. Shuttle service was added benefit.
Disliked: The ac/heat was terrible. It blew right into my face when laying in bed and could not be adjusted. The breakfast “hot” food was cold. The hot plates they use don’t work properly.

Liked: We enjoyed the facility and the cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: Our room was located next to a utility room. Room number 228. There was a loud noise coming from the utility room on and off all night. It sounded like many washing achines on the spin cycle. Even the tv couldn’t drown out the noise. It would go for 30 minutes or so then stop for about ten minutes,(long enough to fall asleep again) ,then start all over again. I recommend this hotel however NOT room 228
