Disliked: Mattress was VERY uncomfortable! Charge for valet parking with no other option for parking.

Liked: Very nice breakfast service. Quick check in. Helpful staff. Parking can be a problem in downtown but the staff helped us get a spot.

I take a Tulsa trip...

Liked: Felt cramped as far as parking and seemed steep for valet. And felt valet was the only option as far as parking.

Disliked: They messed up the booking. Even with two phone calls to the location, they said they don’t use booking.com and didn’t recognize my guest and wouldn’t let them check in without me. Confirmed on the phone call that this was not an issue and was verified ‘on their end’. Wasted my entire reservation.
