Not one bit of comfort!

Liked: Beds were soft blankets thin. I understand that you can’t control other people’s children however the noise from children playing yelling slamming doors overflowed ice machine that I witnessed them actually playing in it while parents watched. was thru out 7-1am. I complained at reception approximately 830-9 pm. I then came down early at 5 am to have a cigarette cuz I couldn’t sleep and wanted a tea. A man was smoking on the bench and proceeded to ask me up to his room. I left and went back inside lobby to get away. He proceeded to approach me not threatening but I was uncomfortable. I told receptionist. She kept an eye out. Anyways breakfast didn’t open until after 7 am finally got a tea. The water wasn’t hot. So not happy at all.
