Nice place to stay

Liked: Large parking spaces, lovely reception. Room was really nice and spacious.
Disliked: Wasn't sure of the soundproof and when the ventilation was making noises at random times.

Liked: The restaurant / brakfast service was excellent. The team leader is very accomodating, warm and welcoming. Area is near and clean.
Disliked: Front desk personnel should be more accommodating, welcoming and warm since they are the heart of the establishment and the are handling more of the guest. Some of their FO staff do not know how to handle guests.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Facilities were not great. Breakfast time was short. Trolleys for carrying the luggage were damaged, hard to move with load on. No potter facility to carry your luggage.

Liked: Well located, spacious rooms, everything clean. Very nice staff.
Disliked: I wish there would have been healthier options for breakfast (like natural yogurt, not always sugared and flavored) Also the laundry service was not the best and some regular jeans came back shrunk.

Disliked: There's no switch to turn on a fan in the bathroom/toilet, so all family members have to smell aroma from the toilet:(

Liked: The swimming pool was kids friendly and super clean.
Disliked: No microwave in rooms
