Liked: Location and well equipped room
Disliked: Housekeeping is NOT on a regular basis. Coming into a dirty bathroom and unmade bed after a long day and paying neatly 300.00 per night is inexcusable. Staff leaves by midafternoon also.

Liked: It is a decent hotel that is near to ASU. Setup is to the minimal. Room staff doesn’t speak English. Breakfast is clean but has very limited choice. Bed is comfortable.

Pleasant stay with a few...
Liked: The hotel was easy to find, and the staff were efficient at check-in. Breakfast was okay and was as good as one can expect from free hotel breakfast. I liked the front staff. When I told them about the poor night I had. they moved us to another room. Ava from the front desk went beyond my ask of moving us to the opposite side of the building. She found us a room that was the last one in the corridor (farthest from the elevator, and away from other noisy guests). I appreciate her thoughtfulness. The second night was very restful, and the new room worked very well for us.
Disliked: The first room we were given faced the back of the building. A train line runs next to the hotel. The noise from the train - the bell and the rattle - made for a poor night of rest. In addition, there were noisy guests who were noisy till late at night. The soundproofing in the room was poor and did not insulate against the noise and disturbance. There is also a lot of construction going on in that area. We ended up spending quite some time driving out from that area on Saturday night. There was a game, and the construction had blocked a lot of streets. It resulted in considerable traffic chaos and made for a stressful and unpleasant experience. I realize this is not a fault of the hotel but reflects on the potential inconvenience to guests choosing this location.
