Liked: Great location for what we needed. Breakfast was perfect for me and my son. Easy access to everything we wanted, along with the airport access, quick and easy. Thank you!

Great place for a work...

Liked: I loved the front desk staff and late night kitchen. They went above and beyond offering me food and drink after a 15 hour day on my feet. Me and my pet felt very cared for. The bed was luxurious and my bathroom was impeccably clean.
Disliked: The pool hours made it hard to swim when I have to be to work by 8:00am and the day I could lounge around at 9am the pool was closed out of order.

Liked: The breakfast at this property was amazing. The food was delicious. I love how they offered actual plates and cups instead of paper. It just felt very much like restaurant vibes. Also, we loved the shuttle service was able to take us to a concert close by and the staff was very nice and professional.
Disliked: The only thing I would say is the bathroom kind of smelled like old I don’t know if it was the sewer possibly

I didnt like that when...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The fruit did not look fresh and the breakfast did not look appetizing.
Disliked: I didnt like that when I checked in, the wifi was out so I was not able to order food or anything I needed due to that since I didnt have cash. So the inconvenience of having to wait for the shuttle to take me to get something or having to pay extra to order food for delivery was upsetting. The sink in my bathroom had a slow drain, there was an smell coming from the drain in the bathroom and the ice machine was broken on my floor. Had to go all the way down to the main floor for ice. I did bring these concerns up with the staff, but they seemed to ignore me. The whole experience was really not what I expected for the price I was paying and from my previous stays at the Hyatt. I felt my room should have been discounted somehow.
