Safe, clean, and friendly.
Liked: Great location with shops and restaurants nearby. We were there seeking shelter from Hurricane Milton and were lucky to get a room. The staff was very accommodating. I liked the big lobby area with the couches and workspaces.
Disliked: There were no vegetarian options at the restaurant/bar.

Liked: Very convenient to I-75 and many restaurants and shopping options. Breakfast was delicious every day too

Overall everything was perfect.
Liked: I love the laundry and gym rooms.
Disliked: Unfortunately the king suit that I booked did not come with a microwave.

Welcoming friendly stay
Liked: The staff at Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel was friendly and welcoming, and the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the place itself is beautiful, with a pleasant atmosphere that made my stay enjoyable.
Disliked: As with most American hotels, the mattresses were too soft for my preference. I had to stay for six nights, and while my sleep was decent, the overly soft beds were not ideal for me.
