Liked: The breakfast had good choices. The location downtown was superb - within a short walk of The Riverwalk and bars and restaurants also nearby. Exactly what we needed for our stay. The property was clean and the staff extremely helpful.

Disliked: The fact they charged me double for required valet parking. It was fixed but only after I ASKED.

Good, expensive and room cleaning...

Liked: Good state of the facility, superb beds, friendly and helpfull staff. Good location.
Disliked: We had 2 days on the row with no room cleaning. Breakfast was limitted to scrambled eggs, beagles and some potatos. There was fresh fruits but not always enough. Many times food served at breakfast was not warm enough.

Disappointing

Liked: The room, facility and location.
Disliked: When I checkout at the front desk at 3:00, Nov 3rd, the stuff said the room fee of Nov 3rd had not been charged and they would send me electronic invoice via e-mail. I wrote my e-mail address to them but never received an e-mail from the hotel. And they never reply the message in the app or the e-mail. This invoice is important meterial and now I have left US.
