Parking charge????
Liked: Charging $12 per day for parking is rediculous. There should be no charge for parking if you are a paying guest.

Disliked: I have stayed at all kinds of hotels, but this was the first time I was completely unable to even start the check-in process for my family. Our reservation was under my husband's name, just like all the reservations I make, and I have never had an issue before. However, the staff at Hyatt Tampa Busch Gardens was both rude and incompetent.When I arrived at the lobby, I let them know we had a reservation and that we were running late for a concert. As I began providing the necessary information, including my husband's ID, the staff immediately cut me off and said they couldn't do anything without him. Meanwhile, he was just outside bringing down our bags and taking our dog out. Instead of allowing me to start the process and simply have him confirm when he arrived, they flat-out refused to help me.Then, when my husband finally did the check-in as requested, he forgot to mention we had a service dog. This caused even more delays because they had to switch our room, adding even more time to us being late. To top it all off, when we finally got to our room, THE SHOWER DIDN’T DRAIN—please see picture below. And as a minor inconvenience, there wasn’t a full-length mirror in the room.Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The lack of flexibility and professionalism from the staff was frustrating, and the room issues just made it worse. I would not recommend staying here.
