Disappointing

Liked: Large room. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Disliked: No microwave. Poor cooling refrigerator. No daily room cleaning. Customers should be informed of no daily room cleaning at the time of check-in.

Liked: The room is clean and well appointed and spacious. The staff is friendly and professional. The location is perfect for my needs.
Disliked: Only one elevator working, but they are upgrading so I understand

Disliked: The fee for bringing my dog to a “pet friendly” facility was not disclosed ahead, and I looked for it and emailed to inquire ahead of my stay. $100 was added to my bill only when I arrived and it was too late to look for something else. This is patently unfair and a deceptive practice. As I will be returning to the area quite often and will need accommodations that include my dog, I will not be staying here again. If it had been disclosed ahead, fine. But I did not appreciate the surprise nor the “cleaning fee” - my dog did not do $100 worth of mess to warrant that fee.
