Liked: The breakfast was awesome and there were many choices. The staff was happy to attend to all the guests and kept the place clean and full..
Disliked: The front desk was a bit intimidating, a little cold, but kept it professional. I think being a bit more friendly would make it a 10+.stay.

A great place to stay...

Liked: The top floor suite rooms are excellent and above the noise of the City below. The breakfast was varied and well staffed. (The breakfast staff was very sweet and kept the buffet and the tables very clean). The parking garage was excellent and well-designed. Very easy to get to your car and get back and forth. GIven that major hurricanes came through less than 90 days before our stay, the hotel was functioning well.
Disliked: Mario the check in clerk was great on 12/20. His blonde female partner on 12/21 might have been the grumpiest and least competent hotel check in person I've even encountered. Hopefully just a bad night for her. Otherwise, she should not be customer facing. Also, the smell of weed wafting in the parking garage (there are a few smoking areas for folks) was off=-putting and very hood. Tell the staff to smoke at home, not at work.
