Liked: The staff are amazing! Professional and courteous! the mattresses and pillows, ALL very comfortable!
Disliked: Colors in the room were a little dark for me, but that’s personal preference.

OK for the 2 nights...

Liked: Breakfast was OK. Need a better choice of bread for toasting
Disliked: Hyatt must be cheating out of paper products (tissue and toilet paper) to maintain aprofit.
