Unprofessional, Rude, and Incompetent Staff

Liked: Lobby chairs
Disliked: Had a terrible experience checking in at Hyatt Place Sarasota Airport. Due to a booking issue, the front desk staff, Daryl and Eugene, were not only unhelpful but also openly laughed while I struggled to resolve the situation. They refused to acknowledge messages from Booking.com, gave misleading information, and failed to provide any logical solution.

Disliked: A bit pricey, I thought it was closer to downtown but it’s great for the airport
