Liked: Breakfast is as good except they served eggo waffles. The overall stay was good but compared to other hyatt locations we won’t be back to this location.
Disliked: There was green stuff on my pillows idk what that was about and the pillows sucked. We were suppose to have a king bed and we had 2 smaller beds in our room. We stayed here because they had a bar and food and one location so we didn’t have to drink and drive. The first night we missed happy hour but still ordered drinks they were so strong we couldn’t drink them. The guy gave us this menu of great drinks but he couldn’t do any of the drinks on it. 2nd night we made happy hour the drinks were so watered down it would’ve took the entire 2 hours to get a buzz. And non of the drinks he used required any top shelf. He only used gin and the hotel brand vodka, highly disappointed

Great property and great location.

Liked: Breakfast was as expected, very decent. Great coffee! Location was perfect for Songwriters Festival.
Disliked: Staff had no information about the Songwriters Festival, not even where the main booth was located. They actually seemed unaware of the event, which was odd considering there was live performances in the lobby.
