Liked: The staff at the hotel were exceptional, demonstrating remarkable helpfulness and attentiveness throughout our stay. Despite our early arrival, they graciously stored our luggage and offered breakfast while preparing a room for us promptly, though we had to decline as we had a pre-arranged tour. The facilities were well-maintained and impressive, including a swimming pool with a children’s play area and a bar, though we didn’t personally use them. Breakfast was good, offering a buffet selection of bacon, eggs, toast, fruits, and pastries.
Disliked: I found the overall experience lacking in value for money. While the hotel was spotlessly clean, it showed its age in its décor and furnishings, which detracted slightly from the appeal. Despite the excellent service and facilities, the cost did not align with my expectations for what was provided.

Liked: Very clean and friendly. We were there for just 1 night so didn’t have to check out the gym or pool. Very close to isla Grande airport which was perfect for us. Decent breakfast included.

Liked: The in-house restaurant was great - lots of yummy food options. The pool facilities were fabulous and just what my 2yo needed. Close to Viejo San Juan and any other main tourist areas - they provide a free shuttle bus to various places which was extremely helpful! Rooms were clean & they were very attentive
