From the moment we were greeted in the lobby, the staff was amazing. We were all laughing and joking. The room aside from the shower was amazing. Quiet. I even left an item in my room - they are sending it to me as I type. We will be back.

Liked: We came to see a concert - it turned out the venue was right next door. So awesome!
Disliked: The bathroom shower had little pressure and would back up around your ankles.

Downtown San Jose

Liked: The staff changed the room for our next booking from the second day as first room was not good.
Disliked: The room heater had very loud noise. And there was an air leak near the heater. This made disturbed sleep. This is a very basic hotel. When one ventures out, take care of your personal safety.

Disliked: Very basic facilities. Very limited and repeated breakfast.

Liked: Location is central to San Jose, fine with you have a car, but the neighbourhood is not an inviting environment if you are on foot (though this is NOT to the hotel's fault, of course)
Disliked: The sound isolation is not good. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I was given a 2nd floor unit and heard the local tram bells all night long, along with planes. The AC unit was also noisy, particularly when it started and that's something could be solved by the hotel.
