From the moment we were greeted in the lobby, the staff was amazing. We were all laughing and joking. The room aside from the shower was amazing. Quiet. I even left an item in my room - they are sending it to me as I type. We will be back.

Liked: We came to see a concert - it turned out the venue was right next door. So awesome!
Disliked: The bathroom shower had little pressure and would back up around your ankles.

Disliked: The air-conditioning is a bit noisy and old-fashioned - takes a lot of space.

Liked: The breakfast room was good and staff were friendly.
Disliked: The first night, the heater would not turn on, and the room was cold. I was trying to do my work and couldn't get the room warm. While sitting at my desk, the cold air was blowing right on me.

Liked: Since they did not have the room, I booked they gave me free parking. I was there for a work conference, and they let me leave my car there while I went to another hotel for the conference.

Liked: Location, closed parking lot structure and a really nice staff and also very clean hotel.
Disliked: The walls were pretty thin at least in our place. We were next to what sounded like a bachelor weekend so they kept waking up our kids but we survived. Not as comfortable a night for them but we survived.
