From the moment we were greeted in the lobby, the staff was amazing. We were all laughing and joking. The room aside from the shower was amazing. Quiet. I even left an item in my room - they are sending it to me as I type. We will be back.

Liked: We came to see a concert - it turned out the venue was right next door. So awesome!
Disliked: The bathroom shower had little pressure and would back up around your ankles.

Liked: breakfast was good, location was good and the room layout is good, parking was good
Disliked: Parking was an extra charge, even at 1 day stay, bathroom sink was a bit dirty, the bed seems outdated and was very squeaky.

Liked: The breakfast was great, could of lasted longer but it was great otherwise
Disliked: Once i leave the hotel i had to take my car out of the parking garage. I wanted to check out the downtown and had to find street parking

Disliked: $45 is exorbitant for overnight parking. Hotel is next to the tram line. Trams keep dinging all night.
