Okay but the cleaning lady...

Liked: Location is good, very convenient
Disliked: This was the first time that we experienced a house cleaning lady knocked on our door told us that we need to go out now for her to clean; otherwise she won’t clean today. That wasn’t very nice and professional.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and kind in helping me switch my reservation when i had realized i had made it for one night at a separate Hyatt down the road. Augustin was the man who helped me at the desk ( i think) he was more than pleasant and was patient with me throughout figuring it out. He was able to help me waive my fee for cancelling the other reservation through booking.com. Cleaning staff did a great job, and nicely put my thinks to the side. This was my first time visiting California, for work in general and i would definitely stay here again!
Disliked: pillows were not comfy
