Disliked: Staff always forget things I told. I told to email a copy which I had to remind them multiple times. There's no pool in this hotel.

Liked: The breakfast was very tasty. I wish it was included in the stay.

Convenient location to book!

Liked: Check in was simple and I loved being able to have my "fur child" with me! The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The building itself is quite soundproofed, but the next door guests proved the interior walls are NOT soundproof! I had an important medical appointment early the next morning and I didn't get much sleep. Additionally, I thought the fee for breakfast was a bit much ($14), so I passed on it.

Liked: It was clean and very conveniently located. I requested a crib for my 2 month old and it was brought up with clean linens upon arrival. The 9th floor was quiet. Housekeeping was very friendly. Large gym.
Disliked: Parking wasn’t included or discounted. However, garage easily accessed half a block away $30/day.

Liked: We love the location and the rooms are roomy for San Francisco and beds are very comfortable. It is a clean facility and staff are super friendly and helpful.
Disliked: There used to be a free breakfast which was a perk for staying here. It is now $14 per person, and in our opinion not an advantage or worth that price. We will not eat breakfast here. A free breakfast or a coupon for 1/2 off per person.
