Very good employees, comfortable

Disliked: Not near the places we needed to go.

Disliked: Odd restaurant location. Have to go outside to get upstairs.

Excellent proximity to the ball...

Liked: The staff was terrific. We came for a procedure at UCSF, the property garage was full but we were directed to a garage on the next block that was 1/3 the price and very convenient. Comfortable room, attentive staff and terrific pub next door. We would love to return for a ball game and some time around the patio fireplace.
Disliked: Breakfast was an expensive add-on for the quality.

Liked: Loved the area and everything just the sheets were stained and said we were taken care of for a discounted price plus room upgrade but yet didn’t follow through and had to call to say the price wasn’t changed & had to ask why it wasn’t included like they offered but other then that great area
