Liked: The entire facility is in such great shape, I wondered if it was a new hotel. Very clean. The hot tub was nice and the staff was responsive.
Disliked: Someone made a mistake as the front desk sent another guest to our room and they tried to open the door. I had to tell the person on the other side of the door that the room was occupied. Then the front desk called my room, seemingly confused that I was in there. I'm not sure why that happened. The only other thing I was not pleased with was the cold drinks for breakfast. Everything else about breakfast was great, especially the waffle machine. But the OJ and apple juice were extremely weak, the milk tasted strange, and none of it was cold.

Disliked: I waited over an Hours just to check in my room wasn’t ready and when it was I wasn’t told I asked about three times my kids 4 children were tired and wanted to nap and rest but waited an hours to get our room.

Great stay

Liked: The location was in a nice calm area with minimal traffic. The room was clean and spacious. There was ample parking available around the property. The microwave and mini refrigerator were nice to have for storing our little ones' yogurts and snacks. The breakfast bar was also a nice surprise. The staff was helpful and friendly, from checking in to checking out and any questions in between.
Disliked: A little more variety in the breakfast selection would be nice.
