Liked: In the future I will have to go with the impression of not being in a handicap room.
Disliked: Breakfast didn’t have lots of choices like other Hyatt Hotels I have been.

Disliked: Everything, the room was not clean. Mold in the bathroom, I had disabled son, that couldn't shower. Only have a tub no shower. Wouldn't refund me my money.

Good location. Overall nice stay...

Liked: Nice location and very affordable. Really big spacious room with 2 beds and a sofa sleeper. Clean facility. Small, only 6 floors. Good amount of parking. Free Continental breakfast.
Disliked: Beds were so small. No towels or linen for the sofa sleeper in the room. Not enough food for breakfast for the amount of guests. Pool is very cold. Two elevators that were really slow and one was not in order. Not enough seating for breakfast. Several single guests sitting at the tables for 4. Meanwhile families with children having to sit on the couches, at the bar or stand.

A great trip for family...

Liked: The front desk staff was super courteous and helpful with extra answers to questions I haven't even asked yet. Also the maid and cleanup staff was very nice and helpful
Disliked: Nothing was bad the biggest issue was an elevator under maintenance but that isn't the hotels fault or I don't really count that against them.

Liked: Clean and very quiet place!
Disliked: The breakfast buffet.. the fruit was cut with chunks being too big and hard. Need to keep in mind that kids also eat there.

Disliked: Everything, my bed had a bug in it. Breakfast didn’t have enough selections. The bathroom was dirty the floor hadn’t been swept at all there was hair in the shower the elevator kept getting stuck they only had one working. I was very disappointed in my stay here. Also they ran out of towels I had to wait for the towels to dry it was a mess. Never again
