Disliked: My son and I have allergies. The pool's tiles were super dirty with what I think was mold. After we spent time at the pool before bed time we had a hard time falling and keeping asleep because our allergies were super bad. The mold might have triggered the allergies or something dirty in the room did. The air in the room smelled like dust. Very disappointed.

This is a great hotel...

Liked: The room was clean. Bedding was white and crisp. Very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Gym was clean and equipment worked! We loved the location. Did a lot of shopping. Close to movie theaters and restaurants. The options at the breakfast buffet were great. I have been to this Hyatt place before. I will keep coming!
Disliked: The only thing was there was not a cleaning spray in the gym to wipe down after use.

Disliked: It stated that it was pet friendly but not that they would charge $75 a night for a pet. Other properties charge $25-$35 …. Booking needs to let people know pet charges as this would influence my choice of properties.
