This is a great hotel...

Liked: The room was clean. Bedding was white and crisp. Very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Gym was clean and equipment worked! We loved the location. Did a lot of shopping. Close to movie theaters and restaurants. The options at the breakfast buffet were great. I have been to this Hyatt place before. I will keep coming!
Disliked: The only thing was there was not a cleaning spray in the gym to wipe down after use.

Liked: Staff was amazing and friendly, place is very clean and a lot nicer than expected! Great place to stay, will be back if ever in the area

Liked: Nice location. Very nice hotel
Disliked: It stated that it was pet friendly but not that they would charge $75 a night for a pet. Other properties charge $25-$35 …. Booking needs to let people know pet charges as this would influence my choice of properties.

Disliked: The plumbing was terrible. The valves in the shower were not working properly. The water pressure was insufficient. The floor in the bathroom was very, very slippery with any water. The furniture was uncomfortable. No chairs other than a cheap desk chair that wouldn’t roll easily. Breakfast was very basic with small selection. No dog area outside

Best place to stay in...

Liked: We stay at the Hyatt in Farmington at least twice a year or so. The location is absolutely perfect for us as it is in walking distance to my doctor's office. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. There are so many shopping and excellent restaurants near by.

Liked: Location is excellent and staff was friendly.
Disliked: Price was very high for quality of room. Out of hot breakfast items before breakfast hours were over. Lots of stains on bedding and couch.

Nice clean room

Liked: The room was clean. The swimming pool was very nice. The breakfast was good. The room smelled nice and clean.
Disliked: The beds weren't the most comfortable. I would suggest something in the shower to stop slipping. I slipped in the shower, luckily I caught myself. The power pressure in the shower was weak.

Liked: Clean, new, big rooms
Disliked: The front desk waited till I swiped my card to let me know that there was no air conditioning in any of the rooms in the building. And only offered a fan to fix the problem. No discount of a room. If I wanted to sleep with no air conditioning I would have went camping. That’s a huge part of the price is the comfort. We had a fan but it was very hot all night. Not my best night at a hotel.
